About these terms
These terms apply to this website and to bookings and orders made through it. By using the site you accept them. They do not affect your statutory rights.
Table bookings
A booking request is not confirmed until we reply by phone or email.
- Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reserved time.
- Please tell us at least 4 hours in advance if you need to cancel.
- For groups of eight or more we may ask for a deposit or a set menu choice.
- A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to tables of six or more.
Orders and delivery
Prices shown include VAT. Delivery is available within roughly three miles of each branch and carries a delivery charge shown at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates and can change during busy service.
- Please check your order on arrival — we will correct any mistake straight away.
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge until the kitchen starts them.
Private rooms and events
Private rooms are held for 48 hours pending a deposit. Deposits are deducted from the final bill and are non-refundable inside 7 days of the booking. Minimum spends apply on Friday and Saturday evenings and are confirmed in writing when you book.
Allergens and dietary requirements
Our kitchen handles nuts, sesame, dairy, gluten and other allergens. We take care with separate preparation, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free dish.
Please tell your server about any allergy before ordering. Full allergen information is available on request at both branches.
Offers and vouchers
Offers cannot be combined unless we say so, are subject to availability, and may be withdrawn at any time. Days and times listed against each offer apply.
Using this website
Content, photographs and menu descriptions on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission. We try to keep prices and availability accurate but the menu in the restaurant takes precedence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
