What we collect
We only ask for what we need to serve you.
- Your name, phone number and email when you book a table or place an order.
- Delivery address, when you order for delivery.
- Dietary and accessibility notes you choose to give us.
- Basic technical data — browser, device type and pages viewed — to keep the site working.
We do not store card details on this website. Payments, where taken, are handled by our payment provider.
How we use it
Your information is used to confirm and fulfil your booking or order, to reply to an enquiry, and to keep a record of the transaction as required by law.
If you tick the marketing box, we may email you about events and seasonal menus. You can unsubscribe from any of those emails in one click.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- Our delivery riders, for the address on an order.
- Our payment processor, for card transactions.
- Our email provider, if you have opted in to marketing.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Booking and order records are kept for six years to meet UK accounting requirements. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. Enquiry emails are deleted after two years.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies and local browser storage, mainly to remember the contents of your basket between pages. No advertising cookies are set by us. You can clear this at any time from your browser settings.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Write to us and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
